Mr. AFZAL LADAK

Chairman

Mr AFZAL LADAK has inherited business in his blood. Coming from a long line of businessmen, Mr Ladak has successfully spearheaded the group's growth with his unrelenting passion, vision and a hands-on approach to customer delight. He ventured into real estate in 1983 and has since spurred the group to greater heights. Under the able guidance of Mr Ladak, the group has constructed numerous Prime Residential Spaces including residential towers and residential villas in Mumbai, Bangalore and Goa.

Shakeel Ladak

Director

Mr Shakeel A Ladak oversees all aspects pertaining to architecture and interior design of projects and is instrumental in their execution. He works very closely with the company’s architects and takes a very keen interest in overall planning and designing of the group’s various residential and hospitality projects.

Azara Oro Rosa - Siolim

Oro Rosa in Spanish means ‘Rose Gold’. As the name suggests, the colour palette and materials in the design for the three villas was themed on creating Luxury lifestyle that embraces the name Oro Rosa. Distinct Portuguese Goan architecture has been infused with modern interpretations of design. Arches, laterite material, crittal doors, verandahs and balconies all help to accentuate the concept of the villas. The design maintains a sense of transparency with its large windows but at the same time provides for an aristocratic facade with the help of laterite arches.
